- Name – the display name returned by Google during authentication.
- Email address – the primary email address associated with your Google account.
We do not collect or store any additional personally identifiable information. Job descriptions that you provide to generate proposals and the proposals themselves are processed temporarily in memory and are not persisted on our servers or shared with third parties.
2. How We Collect Your Data
Your name and email are supplied when you sign up or log in using Google OAuth via Supabase Auth. Supabase transmits this limited profile information to us over a secure, encrypted connection.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your name and email address to:
- Authenticate and maintain your user account.
- Display your profile information within the extension and website.
- Enforce daily credit limits and track feature usage.
- Send essential service-related communications (e.g., important changes to the Service or this Policy).

4. Legal Bases for Processing

OpenAI processes the job description text solely for the purpose of generating your proposal and does not store it after the request is completed.

- Your name and email are stored in Supabase's encrypted PostgreSQL database, located in compliant cloud infrastructure.
- All data in transit uses TLS (HTTPS) encryption.
- Access to production databases is protected by role-based access controls and audit logging.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your name and email for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the account page of InstantBid website or by contacting us at support@instantbid.io. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our database within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
