By using Instantbid, you agree to the following terms:

Instantbid provides tools for proposal generation and profile analysis. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
2. User Accounts
You must sign in with your Google account.
Your username and email address are stored in our Supabase database to manage credits.
3. Credits & Limitations
Each user has a credit limit for generating proposals and analyzing profiles.
We may change credit allocations or features at our discretion.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Misuse Instantbid to spam or exploit data.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Instantbid is provided"as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of our service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India (or your jurisdiction).
